Mme. Granier and the Crepes of Bar Harbor, Maine

Nicole talks a lot about making crepes, which I happen to think are the ultimate kid food. The process is a bit lengthy but there is nothing, and I mean nothing, well aside from donut making, that will keep a kid in the kitchen and talking like the promise of hot crepes.

My kids like them with strawberry jam and nutella.

I like them with peanut butter and honey for a snack or with creamy mushrooms and fresh parsley. It’s the French equivalent of the enchilada (Frenchilada)

Also, Nicole, I think I need a new crepe pan.
